Take Notice that I the said Defendant intend to appear at the next General
Session of the Peace tobe holden for the County of Middlesex at the Session House on
Clerkenwell Green in the said County on Monday the ninth day of September next
at the hour of Nine in the Morning and then and there prosecute my Traverse
with Effect on an Indictment preferred by you against me for an Assault
and Misdemeanour Dated the thirty first day of August 1793.
