Severally Make Oath and Say
and first this Deponent the said John Flynn< no role >
for himself
Saith that at in DecemberSession last past holden
in anes [..] the said County of Middlesex
he this Deponent
was Indicted for Assaulting the above named
Vane and upon the same Indicted being found a true Bill
he this Deponent pleaded thereto and gave Bail to try
his Traverte to the said Indictment at the then next
Session And this Deponent further Saith that previous
thereto be this Deponent and the said
Vane the Prosecutor came to terms of compromise and
it was thereby agreed that he this Deponent should pay
to the said toVane the Sum of three pounds
and three Shillings for the ingury said to be sustained
by kins the saidVane and that thereupon
he this Deponent did actually pay unto the said
Vane the Prosecutor the said Sum of three
pounds and three Shillings as a full Compensation for
such injury and infull discharge of any Expence to the
saidVane had sustained or been put unto
on account thereof and with which he the said
Vane was fully satisfied and this Deponent further
saith that being Ignorant in matters of his Kind he
