did not (as has been since informed and believes he ought
have done) late any Release from the said Prosecutor in
order to apply to this Honourable Court to discharge the
Recognizance Entered into by him this Deponent and his Bail
as aforesaid And these Deponent the said John Angle< no role >
and Thomas Gaster< no role >
for themselves severally say that they
had a conversation with the above named Prosecutor
Vane concering the prosecution informed these
the said Vane the Prosecutor informed these
deponents that the same was compromited and settled
and that he the said Vane the Prosecutor had
received the Sum of these pounds and three Shillings
of the said John Hynn< no role >
th above named Defendant
in full Compensation and discharge of what injury
and Expence he had sustained on account of the said
prosecution and that he the said Vane
did not mean or intend to proceed any further in the
said Prosecution and which Information these Deponent
believes to be true
