in the County of Middlesex Sadler Maketh
Oath and saith that he was bound over at the
Public Office in Marlborough Street to Prosecute
Ann Crawford< no role > the above named Prisoner in June
Sessions Last [..] on Suspicion of Stealing from him
Three GuineasAnd this Deponents further saith
that being entirely Ignorant of the Proceedings of
this Worshipfull Court he did omit Prefering
A Bill of Indictment against the said Ann Crawford< no role >
This Deponent therefore Humbly Prays this Worshipfull
Court will Permit him to with draw his Recognizances
in the above Prosecution as he did not omit Prosecuting
from either Fee Favour Affection or Reward but
entirely through Ignorance
