At the General Session of the Peace
of our Lord the King holden in and for the
County of Midldesex for the said County
(by adjournment) On Friday the Twenty
Fifth day of May in the Thirty eight
year of the Reign of Our Sovereign Lord
George the Third King of Great Britain Etc.

Upon Reading the Affidwith of Thomas Tonsick< no role >
of Redmans Lane Wapping in the county of
Middlesex Maniner one the above
Defendant It is Ordered that Notice of
Trial to be lest at the last place of abode
of the abovenamed Prosecutor and about
the Office of Clerk of the Peace for this County
for the fist day of the next Session to be
deemed good Service (in Case the Prosecutor
or his Present a bode cannot be found in the
mean time) And that the Recognizance for
the Defendants appearance do stand
respited
