Examined as this Dept. hath been informed & believes as

Saith that he was Not Examined as a Witness Nor
was his named as he believes put on the Back of the

a total stranger to the Circumstance of the Felony
Charged agt. the sd, Wm. How and the property of the poor
not being found upon him and therefore Could not
be a Witness but Dept: Saith that he Completed as per
