Elizabeth the Wife of Joseph Thwaites< no role > of Deptford in
the County of Kent Miller and Robert Samuel Hales< no role > Clerk to
William Chetham< no role > of Falcon Square London Gentleman make
Oath, and first the said Elizabeth Thwaites< no role > for herself saith
that Richard Thwaites< no role > against Whom Articles of the Peace
have been exhibited in this Court by Maria Thwaites< no role > his Wife
as this Deponent hath been informed and believes hath been for a
considerable time and now is in Ireland on very urgent Business
which requires the Personal Attendance of the Said Richard Thwaites
and that it is not likely that the Said Richard Thwaites Will be
able to leave that County for at least six Months Without
considerable Detriment to his concerns in that Kingdom And
this Deponent the Said Robert Samuel Hales< no role > for himself Saith
that on the nineteenth day of October instant he this Deponent
did serve Messrs Tyler and Humphreys Solicitors for the Said
Maria Thwaites With the Notice of bail hereunto annexed by
delivering to and leaving with a Man at the House of the said
Messrs. Tyler and Humphreys in Dock Head Southwark a true
Copy of the said Notice of Bail And this Deponent Further saith
that the said Notice of Bail hath not Since been Countermanded
to the knowledge or belief of this Deponent
