John Cobble< no role > of N0. 21 Manchester Square in the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone in the County of Middlesex Yeoman Maketh
Oath and saith that he this Deponent was and now stands
Indicted at July Session last for an Assault on the above
named Prosecution- And this Deponent further Saith that being
Iqnorant of the Practice of this Court caused a Notice of
Tryal to be left at the Apartment of the above named
Prosecution in Mary le bone lane of his this Deponent
Intention of Trying his Traverse as of this Present October
Sessions And this Deponent further Saith that he hath been
Informed the Notice Served in Manner and form as above
Stated is Insufficient and Contrary to the Practice of this
Honorable Court And this Deponent lastly saith the said Prosecution
has left her residence in Mary le bone lane aforesaid and he
this Deponent find out where She is gone altho he
hath made dilligent Inguiry of the Several Neighbours for that
Purpose under such Cricumstances Most humbly Prays the
Worshipful Bench until be pleased to Make an order that
Notice of Tryal left at the last Place of abode of the
Prosecution may [..] deemed a good Service
