Remised Released and for ever quitted claim And by these presents Do
Remise Release and for ever quit claim unto Susannah Fitzpatrick< no role >
of Gold Street in the parish of Saint George in the East in
the said County of Middlesex her
Heirs Executors and Administrators All and all manner of Action and
Actions, Cause and Causes of Action Indictments Suits Bills, Bonds, Writings, Obligatory
Debts, Dues, Duties, Accompts, Reckonings, Sum and Sums of Money
Judgments, Executions, Extents, Quarrells, Controversies, Trespasses Damages
Claimes and Demands whatsoever, both in Law and Equity or otherwise
