For the County of Middlesex in their General Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Paddington
in the County aforesaid.

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under
the Hands and Seals of G. Mercer and J Mercer Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace acting in
and for the said County of Middlesex bearing Date
the twelfth day of July last past Jane Sheridan< no role >
Single woman was removed and Conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Mary Le Bone in the said
County to the said Parish of Paddington as the place
of her last legal Settlement whereby your Petitioners
Conceive themselves aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the adjudication
of the said Two Justices and their said Order
And Pray that your Worships will be
pleased to appoint a day in the Present
Session for the hearing and determining
the Said Appeal

And Your Petitioners will Pray Etc
