Prosecution Maketh Oath and Saith that on Wednesday last
being the 13th. day of February instant he this Deponent left a Copy
of the Notice hereunto Annexed with a Woman at the last place
of Residence of the said Prosecutrix in Gravel Lane
in the said
County of Middlesex
upon which Occasion She informed this
Deponent that the said Prosecutrix had Robbed her Lodgings
[..] laid Prosecutrix had absconded and that She
[..] any Positive directions where to find
[..] this Deponent further Saith that he
[..] Prosecutrix had received the
[..]
[..] last Sessions and also that he
[..] of the 16th.. instant in Order to know
[..] Prosecutrix had received the Notice of Trial
[..] for the Present Sessions and found that
She had not and did at the same time leave a Copy of the Order
hereunto also Annexed And this Deponent further Saith that
due Diligence hath been used to find the said Prosecutrix
in Order to effect a Personal Service but for the reasons aforesaid
the said Prosecutrix could not be seen And this Deponent
believes the said Prosecutrix keeps out of the Way to avoid
such Personal Service.
