This appeal was lodged at the last Session & the hearing
adjourned by the Court to this Session

The Ground on which the Parish of St. Mary Staining
hope to support their appeal Is a Marriage of the Pauper
with on Inhabitant of that parish procured by Illegal
means of some persons in Office in the parish of Saint
Leonard Shoreditch And it is intended to profer on
Indictment which is was preparing for a Conspiracy
but the fact cannot yet be so coscertained as to get the
Indictment before the Grand Jury and it therefore becomes
necessary to get the hearing of this appeal adjourned to
the next Session

The parish of St. Leonard will not incur any expence or
in conventence by the adjournment of the Appeal As the
Order of adjournment was not Served Naither have they
Notice a will attend
