To the Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
acting in and for the County of Middlesex in
Session assembled

The Humble Petition and appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint Luke in the said County

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order of Removal or Pass
Warrant under the hands and Seals of William
Kinnard and Jacob Leroux< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County
bearing date the third day of April now last past
Edward Charington< no role > and Susanna his Wife were
removed and conveyed from and out of the Parish
of Saint James at Clerkenwell in the said County
into the said Parish of Saint Luke as the place of
the last legal Settlement of the said Edward
Charington
< no role > and Susanna< no role > his Wife

That in as much as your Petitioners conceive
themselves aggrieved by the said order and the
removal and conveyance of the said Edward
Charrington
< no role > and Susanna< no role > his Wife in pursuance
thereof

Your Petitioners therefore most humbly
pray your Worships to grant them such
relief in the premises as to your Worships shall
seem meet

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc
