The Worshipfull Sir John
Hawkins
< no role > Knight Chairman and to the rest
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex .

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Mary Woolnoth in the City of London .

Sheweth


That by a Pass Warrant or Order of
Removal Dated the 7th. day of March last under
the Hands and Seals of William Blemair< no role > , and
William Kevinard< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex
Edward Morris< no role > was removed and conveyed from the
Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn above the Barrs in
the County of Middlesex , to the said Parish of Saint
Mary Woolnoth , as the place of his last legal
Settlement.

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Pass Warrant and Appeal
against the same.

Your Petitioners therefore most
humbly pray this Court that they
may be heard at this present Sessions
of the Peace touching the said Appeal
and that all Parties concerned may
attend and abide the Judgment and
determination of this Court touching
the same.

And your Petitioners, shall ever pray Etc
