Thomas Norton< no role > my Husband the said Assault and
do not mean to prosecute this Indictment any
further and I do further request that the
Recognizances of the said Thomas Norton< no role > and his
Bail may be Respited Sine die or discharged as
the Court shall judge proper As witness my hand
