October 1797 absconded and lost me and family chargeable to the said
Parish) for divers good and valuable causes and considerations me
hereunto especially moving
have Remised Released and for ever quitt claimed and by these presents
do Remise Release and forever quitt claime unto Sarah Cooke< no role > Spinster
late House Keeper to George Dorien< no role > Esquire of No. 41 Weymouth
Street in the Parish of St. Marylebone aforesaid and now of
of No. 32 Henriotta Street Manchester Square in the said Parish
her Heirs Executors and Administrators all and all
manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of Action prosecutions Indictment Suits Bills
Bonds Writings Obligatory Debts Dues Duties Accompts Sum and
Sums of Money Judgements Executions Extents Quarrells Controversies
Trespasses Damages and Demands Whatsoever both in Law and Equity
or otherwise howsoever which against the said Sarah Cooke< no role > I the said
Rebecca Bennett< no role > or the saidGeorgeBennett my
Husband or either of us
ever had and which our and each or either of our Heirs
Executors or Administrators shall or may hereafter have claim challenge
or demand for or by reason or means of any Matter Cause or Thing
Whatsoever from the beginning of the World unto the day of the date of these
