The Clerk of the peace having represented
to the Court the Darkness of the Court & the
possibility of Removing the same at a Maderale
Expence Resolved that the Building over the
Court be Viewed by the Surveyor & that he
rept his Opinion thereon & on the probable
expence Mending the same

Resolved That The Committee Appointed
to inspect and Settle the Allowances to be made
to the High & petty Constables relative to The
Militia do Meet on Thursday the 23d Instant
to settle the same & to consider Law far it
would be proper to make a Separate &
distinct [..] County for the same
