Minutes of last Grand Comittee read & Approved

Ordered that Mr: Trear Mr: Cooper Mr: Hooper
Mr: Cole & Mr: Braker, be a Sub Comittee to Meet
with the Committee appointed by the Vestry of St
Thomas's Parish to Treat about the Houses in the
New way, and to Consider abt: the Vault under
the Church & about Fencing the Church Yard,

Agreed with David Ellis< no role > Plaisterer , That he shall
have a Lease for One & Fifty yeares from Michas
last of Five Little Old Tenemt: lyeing neare the
Two pumps in St: Thomas's parish part whereof was late in Lease
to Mr Briscoe & the other part to Mr: Reeve &
One of which Tenemt: is how in the possession of
Mr: Kenner Blacksmith , At the Yearly Rent of
Seaven Pounds fourteen shillings payable quarterly
He is to Build four new Timber Houses upon the
[..] of these Old Tenemts: within Three yeares and
to Lay out Three Hundred pounds in these new Buildings
and to Plaister the out sides with Finishing upon
Heath Laths:
