for the time being That upon Viewing the Roome
designed for a Compting house or Book house upon the
Floore even with the Comittee Roome, and Considering
that the same isothertoo straite for the purposes designed and that there is no other place to convenient for Closetts
to the sd Houses, as that Roome, and that other
Conveniencyes may be made for a Compting house
and for the keeping of the Books papers & Writings
belonging to this HospllAnd thereforeThe sd Committee
was therefore of Opinion That the sd Roome should be made
into a Closett for the Trears House and that the
Doore into it out of the passage be Stopped up, but to
as that if other Conveniencyes be not found to the
Satisfacon of the Grand Comittee for a Compting house
& Book house, then this may at be at any time
hereafter made use of for that purpose Which
Report being taken into Consideracon This Comittee
doth Agree therein with the Sub Comittee, and
Referrs it to the sd Sub Comittee to Agree upon some
other proper place for a Compting house & Book house
and to give direccons for Fitting it up.
