maketh Oath and
saith that he this Deponent became Bail for the above
named Defendant at January Session last to answer the
Complaint of the above named Prosecutrix for Assaulting
her that the said Defendant was then and still is in
the Service of The Honble Mr. Moore,andthat soon after
the said Session went to Ireland with his said Master
were they now are, And this Deponent further saith that
he hopes and expects the said Defendant will be in
Town by the next Session to take his Trial he this
Deponent having seen a Letter from the said Defendant
dated in Ireland the 29th. May last and wherein he
says his said Master meant to Sail for England
in the course of a Weel
