Deced told this Dept. that he had been so simple
as to drink a penny worth of Jallop that Morning
which was given him and that he had drank Water after it, which he thought
had hurt him, but did not say that any Body forced him to
drink the Jallop Says that he saw the Deced almost
every day afterwards until Tuesday last (Febry 4.) when
the Deced died, and that the Deced never said that he thought
his illness was occasioned by taking the Jallop, and Dept.
believes that the Deced died in a natural way, and
that the Deced often said that Mr. Frime was always kind
to him. And this Dept. says tha he believes the Deced has
had the Venerial Disease for about four Years last past
