John Canser< no role > House Surgeon at St. George Hospital in
the Parish of St. George Hanr Square on his Oath saith
That on the 23d. day of February last about four o'Clock
in the Afternoon George Clarke< no role > the Deced was brought
to said Hospital as an Accident the Skin and Muscles of
his left Leg being very much tore, and the Tendons
exposed Says that the Wound was dressed and all proper
care taken of him, but the Leg Mortified and Deced
died in said Hospital on the 29th. day of the same Months
and Says that the Wound abovementioned was the
occasion of the Deced's Death
