that a Man was Hanging in the Room
upon which Dept. went up Stairs forced open
the Door of Deced's Room which was Locked and
the Key in the Lock on the inside, Says that
with his Knife he out the Silk Hand Kerchief (by
which the Deced was Hanging) which was fastaned
to an Iron Hook drone into a piece of Timber
in the side of the Room and about the Deced's Neck
Says that the Deced appeard to be dead best was not
Cold, Says that a Surgeon was fetched to blead the
Deced, who bled a little, and Deced was afterwards
rubbed with Cloths for some time but on Signs of
Life appeared, And Dept. believes that the Deced
Hanged himself, Says that the Deced has been
very uneasy and disturbed in his Mind two
or three months past, and that he has attempted
to Hang himself two or three times before, and
Dept. believes that he was at times Disordered in
his Mind.
