and ordered the Deced some Vinegar and
Warm Water which Mr. Lloyd Junr. gave him
and Deced then was sensible and spoke
a little, saying God Bless me and bless you
all for I am going, and in about ten
Minutes Deced died, it being then about
half after Eight. Says that neither Fisher
nor any other Person forced the Deced to
drink any of the Liquor, but that he
desired to have it.

Charlotte Easley< no role > Servant to Mr. Boyle at the
Sign of the three Crowns in Bartnays Mews
on her Oath saith That on Friday last was
three weeks the Deced and for other Men
came to Mr. Boyles in the Evening when the
Deced asked Cabinet [..] Man for
something to drank upon which he said
he would gave him half a Pint of Gin,
which Deced drank, and afterward's
another half Pint, Says that a third half
Pint was called for which her Mistress
refused to Serve without knowing who it
was for, (Mr. Boyle being out), that the four
Man drank [..] , but she did not see
the Deced drink any he being in a Corner
of the Toproom, Says that they had another
half Pint which the four Men drank part
of, but Dept,. did not see the Deced drink
any of it Says that they were Served with
no more Liquor there Says that the
Deced and Colonel Lu [..] Man afterwards
Da [..] together in the Taproom, and fell
down upon the Floor, which the Deced reced a
Bruise at the Corner of his Eye against the
Corner of a Bench, which bled a few Drops
Says

Says that they all went away about a
Quarter before Eight o'Clock when the Deced
did not appear to be much in Liquor
Says that no Person forced or pressed the
Deced to Drink the Gin but that it was
his own desire

Joseph Christie< no role > Grove Digger in the Parish
of St. James Westmr. on his Oath saith That
he this day took up the Body of a Man
brought From Badmay's Mews about three
weeks ago and buried in the Burying
Ground belonging to St. James's Parish
and that he was taken up for the inspection
of the Coroner and Jury.
