the Undertaker to the Parish of St. George
Hanover Square as Dept. was informed
Says that he observed [..] Marks of violence
upon the Deced.

on his Oath saith That he has known James
Lane
< no role > the Deced & was untimate with him
about fourteen Years, and saw him very
ofteer almost every Day That he saw [..] the
Deced on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday
last, That the Deced appeared to be very
low Spirited, and distressed in his Mind
particularly last Night about Nine o'Clock
That the Deced looked wild, and behaved
different from what he used to do, and
Dept. believes that he was Insare

Deced was disordered in his Sences
