Informatios of Witnesses taken the
27th day of May 1793 in the Parish of
Saint Margaret Westmr at the Dwelling
House of William Jaques< no role > the Sign of the
Adam and Eve in Petty France before
Anthony Gell< no role > Coroner for the said
City and Liberty touching the Death
of Thomas Harwood< no role > Butcher then and
there ging dead as follows.

Willm Walker< no role > House Surgeon to St. Georges Hospital
being sworn saieth that on Friday moing the 24th.
Instantthe deceasedbetween 8 and 9 in the Morning
the deceased was brot, into the Hospital, apprend
very much swelled all own his body was sensible
and being asked by this Deponent how he came
by the Accident answered that he was coming from
Hammersmith and from from off a Coach that
he complained of great difficulty in Breathing
and expired about half an hour afterwards
that the body was opened and examined the next
day (Saturday) when he found two of the Ribson
the lift side fractured and the Lung wounded
and which were the cause of his death.
