John Harwood< no role > of Newport Market Butcher being
sworn saieth that on Thursday Evening the 23d
instant about ½ pist 11 their Deponent and the deceased (who was his
Brother) in Company with Benjamin Tapley< no role > , hailed
a [..] return Chaise on this side Kensington Turnpike
near the Gore, and as there were a Gent & 2 Ladies
in it, Inpley got up before and road on the Bar
and this Deponent and the deceased got up behind
and room after they were up the deceased accidentally
fell of between the Chaire and hind wheel which
went over him and hurt him very much, however
they exrried him to a public house at the gore where
he remained till between six and seven oClock
the next morning and then was conveyed from
thener to St. Georges Hospital .

the Death of the deceased is forfeited and of
the Value of Six pence.
