the 15th.ofInstant when he was insensible and
in Convulsions all Night and expired on
Sunday morning the sixteenth of June instat.

Street Long Acre Gentleman Coachman being sworn saith that
on Friday Afternoon the 14th. Instant between there and
four as she was looking out of her Chamber
Window she saw Gilbert came out of the Public
house and Phillips soon afterwards and Gilbert
imulted Phillips very much and hold up his First at him at two different times
and Phillips stood still at the Door and never offer'd
to touch or strike him lent this Deponent saw
neither of them strike a blow.

the Afternoon he ward a Wise in the
Street.

Tobacconist in Brury Lane being sworn
swith That on Friday that 14th, Instant
aboutin the Afternoon as he was going
along Charles Street henow theheard the
deeased use very preventing Languish to
phillips and struck him (he thinks) upon
the hind, whenupon Phillips attempted to
strike their deceased but being in Liquor her
miss'd his blow and they then closed
together and fell to the Ground and the deceased was the undermart
and Phillips soon got up but Gilbert lay
speechless and motionless or the Ground
then this Deponent saw several Burtons
stand about the deceased and then he went
away.
