being sworn saith that on being called to see the
deceased
on Saturday Afternoon the 15th. Instant
he went and to the deceased when he was informed
tha he had been gravelling and fighting, which
he plainly saw ley his having a black Eye and
but did not imagine that the [..] Symptons arose
from that Injury nor from any other observation
which he then made, but upon receiving the
deceased and minutely examiningthethe body this
10th. of June found on Injury upn the kind
part of the Neck and supposes the Spine to have
been injured which might be the Cause of his
death

being resworn smith
that he her this 18th. June examined the body of the
Deceased in Company with the above Saml. Hunt
and entirely agrees with him in what he has deposed
