Information of Witnesses taken
this 10th day of Febry 1794 in the
Parish of St. James Westminster of the
sign of the Nags Head in Oxford
Street before Anthony Gill< no role > His
Majestys Coroner for the City and
Liberty aforesaid touching of the
Death of Mary Johnson< no role > then and
there lying dead, as follow

Mary Mitchell< no role > of No. 12 Queen Street
Oxford Road being sworn deponth and Saith
that [..] lais Lodger at No 12 in Queen Street
up two Pr. of Stairs Street about ½ past 7 o'Clock
on Saturday Evening last the 8th. Instants
whilst thomas washing her own Child, she
heard the Ser [..] of a Child remembere
below Stairs and as the next out of her Room
and was going down Stairs she met she
deceased running up Stain all on Fire like
Tinder but not in a Blaze Whereupon she
run down down stairs into that Street and
called for assistance which came immediately

Ab This Evidence ever so affected that she fainted away
and was obliged to be taken away
