Parish of St George Hanover Square at
the House of Henry Bailey< no role > the Sign
of the Yorkshire Grey in Wododstock
Street before Anthony Gell< no role > his
Majesty's Coroner for the said City
and Liberty touching the Death
of Jacob Lewis< no role > that and there
lying dead as follow
to wit

Eliz Baker< no role > of No. 11 Oxford Building
being sworn deposith that the deceased his lodged
with her upwards of six Years and used [..]
Cross ways in the Struts that he and generally
to go to his room to not very early in the Evening
that she saw him go up their onFridayThursday
Evening last the 8th. Inst. and staid at home
all day on Friday that [..] a put. from Mr Hope
the Bunher Corner of Harley Street Cavendish Square
came to enquire of him for come Cakes for which he
