being sworn deposeth as
follows to Wit That Yesterday the 21st. Instantas
we, were loaded Goods driving the said Waggon draw by six Horses from the Halfway
House on the Road from Kensington
to Knights

who was the Guard to the Waggon
had the Whip
in his hand and Stood close to the Horses and as
he made a Stroke with the Whip at one of the Horses in order to make the Horses
