and Vagabond, and put into the sick Ward being ill and infirm.

aforesaid in the Parish and Liberty aforesaid, on the
twenty first day of October in the Year aforesaid at Tothill Fields
Bridewell
aforesaid departed this Life by the Visitation of
God, in a natural, to Wit, through Age and Infirmity, and
not otherwise.
