touching the Death of a Man
Name unknown then and there lying
dead as follow, to wit.

Robert Larter< no role > of Blue Cross Street Leicester Square
being sworn deposeth as follows to Wit, That
about at ¼ after Yesterday Noon the 22d. Instant
being in the Hay Market opposite the Cart
loaded with Hay which had upon drawn [..] by they Horses upon which the deceased
was, and the Cart not then in motion, I
observed him fall from off the Cart over the
Wheel and came flat upon the Ground, and was
quite motionless and apparently dead, upon
which I went immediately went to him and
two men came and lifted him up when he ap
-peared quite died and I am of Opinion that
