of the Green Coat Bag Tothill
Fields Bridewell before Anthony

the sd. City and Liberty touching
the death of Rebecca Avery< no role >
then and there lying died [..]
follow to wit.

Wm. Bryant< no role > the Turnkey at Tothill Fields Bridewell
being sworn deposeth as follows to wit.
That Rebecca Avery< no role > was committed to this sd.
Prison [..] instant by take [..] Scott Esqr. one of his
Majesty's Justices of peace for sd. City & Liberty
as a Rogue and Vagabond as appear by
the Warrt. of Commitmt.this day produced
in court that she was taken ill with a Fever with her
Commitmt.and was attended by Mr.
Hanbury the Surgoen and every Assistance
attended
