Fortnight age to have been missing and gone
two his Master. That upon [..] ching his
Pocket I found therein lived good Shillps
and two lad one and one Penny come farthing
and a Key of a Box.

being sworn deposeth as follows, to Wit that the
deceased his lined in his house as his Porter for
near 15 Years that he Pricked the Finger of him [..]
hend with a rusty [..] 3 Weeks [..] which foster'd and became
so Painful and bad that he was obliged to apply to
a Surgeon and nothing the touching every Mans and
used to relieve and [..] to he got work and it
affected him so that he become melancholly and
Stared and looked Wild at thing and I think
it affected his Brain, that Yesterday Fortnight
(the 14th. Instt.) abot. 8 o' Clock in the Evening he
went out of my house and [..] never heard any
Account of him untill this day altho' [..]
him and this day about 12 at Noon I was
informed

informed that he was found [..] in the
Serpenting River Hyde Park , & I am of opinion [..]
in a fit of Lunacy he dro [..] himself in the Serpentine River
on the 14th. Instants.
