to wit Mary Barry< no role > aged about 30 years upon her Oath
saith that about Fourteen Months ago she Intermarried
with James Barry< no role > her present Husband at the Parish Church
of Saint Martin in the fields that her said Husband has
deserted this Examinant about Four Months that she has
Two Children living by her said Husband vizt. Diana< no role > and
Mary< no role > both Turns born in the Month of January last that
she this Examinant and her Two Children in the Month of
June last past were passed from this Parish to the Parish
of Saint Dunstan in the west upon the information of her
Husband that he lived Twelve Months and upwards with
Mr. Cox in Mitre Court Fleet Street in the Said Parish of
Saint Dunstan as a hired yearly Servant that this Examt.

he served any Apprenticeship Rented House Tenement on
Lodging of £10 a year paid Taxes or where he belonged that the said Parish of
Saint Dunstan Appealed against the said Order of Remove [..]
and proved that he was a weekly Servant with Mr.CoxStrange and
not a yearly Servant whereupon the Sessions quashed the Order
and this Examinant further On her Oath Saith that before
she Intermarried with James Barry< no role > she lived as a
hired yearly Servant with Miss Lock in Bedford Street
Covent Garden in the Parish of Saint Paul Covent Garden in the County of Middlesex for Three years and upwards at the
yearly Wages of seven Guineas that she hath
quitted said Service upwards of Two years since
which time she has done no Act to gain a
