Behalfe of Wm. Wyatt< no role > a Lunatick in the Parish
of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middx
taken the 4th- Day of May 1741 Who upon her
Oath saith that Wm. Wyatt< no role > the Father of the
sd. Lunatick lived in & rented a House in the
Parish of St. Ann Blackfryers of the Yearly
Rent of Twenty Pounds for the Space of Two
Years as this Examinant has been informed & beleives & further saith that the sd. Lunatick never
was an Apprentice rented Ten Pounds a Year pd
Parish Taxes lived with any Person as a Yearly
hired Servt. for the Space of one Year or otherwise
gained a Settlemt. in any other Place as the sd.to this
Lunatick hath informed this Examinant whenExaminant knowledge or beleife
in his Senses
