Several of the Inhabitants of Ship Yard Etc complaining
of the badness of the Pavement not only in the Carriage but
the Footway thereof and same of this Committee having
viewed the same It is Ordered that Mr. Campbell have notice
thereof and that this Committee expect the Works to be done
in a Workman like manner pursuant to his Contract

Resolved that this Committee will borrow One thousand
Pounds in addition to the money already borrowed at four
and a half per Cent It is therefore Ordered that an
Advertisement be inserted in the Paper and that this
Committee will for that purpose meet on Friday next at
six o Clock precisely.

Adjourned to Friday next at six

The Minutes of the last Meeting read and Confirmed.

Mr. Edward Gillyatt< no role > having in pursuance of this Committees resolution proposed to lend to this Committee £200 and Mr.
Hugh Hughes< no role > £300 and Mr. William Leopard< no role > £200 and Mr. Robert Randall< no role > £100
this Committee agreed to the borrowing the said respective Sums at four and half per
Cent. and Seven of this Committee Executed to them Assignments of the Rate accordingly

Richard Buddle< no role > a Contractor with this Committee for paving the Footway
