Ordered that Mr. Meredith Pave the sides of White Horse Yard
and Clements Inn Passage with Purbeck Paveing and the middle
with Purbeck Squares And that he begin and finish Cooks Court
according to the Plan formerly produced to this Committee

At a meeting of the Committee for Paving Elected and
Appointed in pursuance of an Act of Parliament in the
Vestry Room of Saint Clement Danes the 17th. Septr. 1773.

Proposed and Agreed that Mr. Kitchiner take the Chair.

The Minutes of the last Meeting read and confirmed.

Ordered that the Pavement before Mrs. Kay's door in Carey Street be
relayed-And that the Kirb near Mr. Forster's Door be altered.

Mr. John Johnson< no role > Appeals on account of his House in the Strand being rated
at £75 in the Assessment, Mr Johnson being Sworn and Producing his Agreement
Ordered that the same be reduced to £60 and that Mr. George take Tax
accordingly for the last Year.

Mr. Thompson from the Society of Artists Appeals on account
of their Room being rated at £400 in Assessment. It being ascertained by Mr George
that the same is Taxed to the Poor at £300 Ordered that the same be reduced
to £300 and that the Collector take after that Rate for the last Year

Mr. Nixon was Sworn to his returns
