It being represented to the Commissioners That the Foot and Carriage
which are now Paving and have been New Paved in the several Parishes [..]
first of January last are not Paved in a good and Workman like manner It
Ordered That the Surveyor do View all the said & Works and Report to the Commrs.
this day fortnight in what manner each particular Street and Place is Paid
that a Copy of this order be sent to each Committee who are desired not to pay
any Bills for Payment or Certify any Money on account where the Streets
Places appear not to be paved according to the respective Contracts and that
Supervisors to the several Committees be desired to attend such View in the
respective Parishes and Places
