The Condicon of this obligacon is Such That Whereas the Church Wardens above named
Robt Marriott< no role > Ralph Alport< no role > Wm. Till< no role > & Wm. Fisher< no role > overseers of the poore of the parish of
St. Clemt. Danes a Foreld with the Assent of two Justices of the peace according to the statute in
that Case made & pvided have putt Richd Parry< no role > Apprentice to Alexander Reynolds< no role > and
have given with the said Apprentice Forty shillings If therefore the above bounden
Alexander Reynolds< no role > Charles Morris< no role > & Wm. Per< no role > his or any of them or any of their heires
Exeres. or Administrs doe well & Sufficiently provide for Keepe & maintaine ye sd apprentice
in by & with all & all manner of need full & necessary meate drinck washing lodging
Apparell linnen & all other necessaryes meet & Convenient for Such an apprentice
dureing the said terme of seaven yeares And also well & sufficiently save defend Keepe
harmlesse & indempnified the said Church Wardens & overseers of the poore of the said
parish & their successors for the time being & all the Inhabitants of the said parish which
now are & hereafter shall be & every of them off & from the Charge of Keeping & maintaineing
the sd Apprentice dureing the terme aforesd And off & from all accons suites & taxacons
whatsoever which the said parishioners of St. Clemt. Danes or any of them shall or may
sustaine incurr or be putt unto for or in respect of the sd apprentice in any manner of wise
then this obligacon to be void or else to remaine in full force & vertue
