Examination TextCecilia Coffee aged Sixty Years now in the Workhouse of Saint Martin in the Fields, within the Liberty of the City of Westminster, in the County of Middlesex Widow on her Oath saith that She was the Wife of Richard who died about eighteen Years ago, to whom She was married in the Chaple belonging to the Sardinian Ambassador in Duke Street near Lincoln?s Inn Fields, after the Rites and Ceremonies of the Church of Rome, in the Month of May about thirty five years ago.That her said Husband lived in and Rented a House in Castle Street, near Mercer Street, Long Acre in the aforesaid Parish of Saint Martin in the Fields for the space of eleven Years at the Yearly Rent of fourteen and sixteen Pounds the first year at fourteen Pounds & the Remainder at sixteen Pounds besides Taxes: quitted the Same about nineteen years ago that She hath not done any Act to gain a subsequent Settlement since.
