Thomas Simkins proceedingsdefend and John Jones proceedingsdefend , of St. Mary Whitechappel , were indicted for feloniously stealing 3 lb. of Coffee, in the Shop of Francis Allen proceedingsvictim , the 28th of February last. The Fact being prov'd against Jones, the Jury found him guilty to the Value of 10 d . and acquitted Simkins.
