Sarah Major proceedingsdefend and Elizabeth Reed proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Giles's in the Fields , was indicted for stealing divers Goods, the Property of William Oliver proceedingsvictim , in the Dwelling-House of Anthony Armstead < no role > , the 19th of February last. It appear'd upon the Evidence, that Sarah Major < no role > was a Servant in the House, and having taken the Goods, gave them to Elizabeth Reed < no role > to sell, saying, they were her Husband's she being newly married. The Fact being plainly prov'd against Sarah Major < no role > , the Jury found her guilty to the Value of 4 s. and 10 d but acquitted Elizabeth Reed < no role > .
