Thomas Atwood proceedingsdefend and John Elsley proceedingsdefend , of the Parish of St. Magnes , were indicted for feloniously stealing 4 Cocks, and 37 Hens , the 7th of March last; but there not being sufficient Evidence against the Prisoners, they were acquitted .
