Years ago he was duly bound Apprentice to his late Father
Thomas Ballard< no role > of the Parish of St Botolph without
Aldgate in the Sd County Waterman deced with whom he
Served near Six Years of Such Apprenticeship in the said
Parish & by means there of gained a legal Settlement the
That he this Deponent has not Since rented a house of the
Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds or Served any
Parish office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes
or done any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
