Harding was now resumed and Mr. Harding being present and informed
of the Resolution of the last Vestry relating thereto, agreed to pay Seven
pounds Per Annum clear Rent for said Quarter part of the said Houses
from Michaelmas next, And a Lease for 99 Years was Ordered
to be granted to him
