Informations of Witness of Wintesses taken at the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre in the Ward of Farringdon without in London
aforesaid the 24th. day of February 1789 on View of
the Body of Ann Todd< no role > then and there lying dead

Elizabeth Davies< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath and saith he hath known the deceased Ann Todd< no role >
since Thursday lastabout seven daysthat the was also a Prisoner in the
said Gaol that the deceased has been Sick Ward where
Dept. attends from Friday last until her Death very ill
with the Yellow Jaundice that she continued very ill
until Saturday Night last when she Departed this
Life that the deceased had Convulsion fits for near
Twenty four hours that she was attended by the Surgeon
of the said Gaol and that she believes the said disorder
attended with the Fits was the cause of her Death.
