aforesaid who being now here duly chosen sworn and charged to inquire for
our said Lord the King when how and in what manner the said

came to his death
say upon their Oath that a certain person to the Jurros aforesaid unkown on the eighteenth
day of January in the thirty fourth year aforesaid being driving a certain Cart drawn
by too horses along a us their a certain public street called Thames Street
situate in the parish of Saint
Michael Crothed lane in the Wars of Bridge in London
aforesaid If so happened that the said Cart
accidentally casually and by misfortune struck against a certain other Cart then paying along the
said street by means whereof the said

who was driving the said cast mentioned Cart was
then and there violently forced and jambed by the shaft wheel of the said cast mentioned Cart to and
against the wall of a certain house there situate by means where of the said

did then and there
receive one mortal bruise in and upon the Body of him the said

of which said mortal bruise
the said

from the said eighteenth day of January in the year aforesaid until the nineteeth
day of the same month of January in the same year as well at the said parish of Saint Michael Crooked lane
in the Ward of Bridge in London
aforesaid as also at the said psh of Saint Bartholomew the less in London aforesaid
did languish and languishing did live
[..] On which said nineteenth day of January in the year aforesaid
at the parish and ward last aforesaid the said

of the said mortal bruise did die And so the
Jurros
aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say that the said

in manner and by the
means aforesaid accidentally casually and by misfortune came to his death and not otherwise and that the
said Cart was moving to the death of the said

and is of the value of one shelling and the property
of some person or persons unknown. In Witnefs where of as well the said Coroner as the said Thomas
Weightman the foreman of the said Jurros on behalf of himself and the rest of his fellows in their presence
have to this Inquisition set their hands and seals the day year and place first above written
